One material, no fixings to fail
Because frame, seat and back are all steel and the whole chair is galvanised and then powder coated, there is no junction between materials for water to sit in. The regular rod spacing gives the collection its graphic look and lets rain straight through.

Pedrali publishes the following for this family: Frame: Steel, Ø20 mm tube with slats, electro-galvanized.; Feet: In polypropylene, black or white Trolley Magnetic cushion; Frame: Steel, Ø20 mm tube with slats, Ø10 mm tube for footrest, electroplated.; Feet: In technopolymer, black or white Cushion Trolley; Packaging Recycling: Pedrali uses 100% FSC recycled cardboard packaging and plastic bags with a minimum recycled content of 35%.; Feet: In polypropylene, black or white Magnetic cushion.

Made at Mornico al Serio
Pedrali has made furniture in Bergamo since 1963 and now runs two Italian plants — Mornico al Serio for metal and upholstery and Manzano, in the Friuli chair district, for solid wood. Moulding, welding, powder coating, upholstery and assembly are all done in-house, which is why the range can be specified finish by finish rather than shipped from stock.

Pedrali is an Italian family company founded by Mario Pedrali in 1963, working with Odo Fioravanti, Patrick Jouin, Patrick Norguet, Jorge Pensi, Sebastian Herkner, Marc Sadler, Eugeni Quitllet, Formafantasma and its own R&D studio. Everything is made in Italy and made to order.
