Will the range still exist for the next refurbishment, and will the finish match. Worth more than a lower unit rate on a range about to be retired.
Guest room wear
Guests are not careful. Frame construction, edge protection and cleanable upholstery decide whether year three looks like year one.
The lobby as a workplace
Guests work in lobbies now. Power, seat comfort over long sittings and acoustic separation belong in a lobby specification.
Delivery at volume
Two hundred rooms is a logistics problem before it is a furniture problem: staging, floor-by-floor access and lift bookings.
