The brief
Furniture that survives service
A venue chair is handled hundreds of times a week, stacked, dragged, wiped down and sat in by people who are not being careful.
Residential furniture in a commercial venue fails in months: joints loosen, finishes mark, fabrics fail their rub count. The difference is not the look, it is the duty rating, the frame construction and whether parts can be replaced instead of the whole piece.
We specify to commercial duty across dining, bar, banquette and lounge, so a refurbishment is a refresh rather than a full replacement.

What shapes the schedule
Four things that decide a hospitality order
Where hospitality specification differs from workplace, and where venues most often get caught.
Duty and cleanability
Commercial duty rating, frame construction and whether the seat, the arm or the glide can be replaced on its own.
Fabric and finish
Rub counts, stain and moisture resistance, and how a finish behaves under repeated cleaning rather than in a showroom.
Footprint and circulation
Seat width, chair pull-out and the aisle left behind it. Covers per square metre is a furniture decision before it is a layout one.
Outdoor exposure
Coastal and rooftop conditions eat fixings and finishes. Material, fixing and warranty terms matter more than the look.
