The plan shape is the whole design: pushed against a wall it disappears, pulled into a room it reads as a round table.

Oak and joinery

Solid oak and oak veneer, with traditional joints between the legs and the top rather than fixings.

Made in the Manzano chair district

Zilio A&C works from San Giovanni al Natisone in Friuli, in the chair district around Manzano where Italy has built seating since the nineteenth century. The company has been there since 1951 and is now run by the third generation, with solid timber machined, assembled and finished in its own workshops.
