(01) Overview
Shaped by sound
"The facets and trapezoid shapes make the sound rebound at a 45-degree angle," says Eero Koivisto. Aerial photographs of dense cities, including the Forbidden City in Beijing, inspired the pattern.
Acoustics
A lightweight absorber for the upper frequencies (500 Hz and above), tested to EN ISO 354. It reduces reflected sound from voices, phones and computers in offices, meeting rooms and restaurants.
Easy to install
Each panel fixes to the wall with four adhesive Velcro attachments (stapled on uneven walls). Use panels individually or combine them to cover a whole wall. They are not designed for ceilings.
Certified
Soundwave panels are made of recyclable moulded polyester fibre and hold EU Ecolabel certification, with an Environmental Product Declaration and GREENGUARD certification. They meet EN 1021-1 and EN 1021-2 without flame retardants.
